By accessing or using the Cirrus Cloud Solutions ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cirrus Cloud Solutions LLC regarding your access to our suite of automation tools, analytics engines, and web services.

To utilize our multi-tenant platforms like Cirrus Pulse, you must maintain account security:
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity under your account is your legal responsibility.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any breach of your organizational workspace.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services—including source code, databases, and analytics logic—are owned or controlled by Cirrus Cloud Solutions LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Services solely for your internal business operations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute our software without written consent.
These Terms of Service and your use of our platforms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Connecticut. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to class-action proceedings.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR AUTOMATED SYSTEMS.
